Tom, a graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, has been a valued member of Nohr Wortmann Engineering since 1998. Based in the Rapid City area, he’s our only engineer not working out of the Yankton, SD office. Tom leads many of our projects throughout western South Dakota, Wyoming, and Kansas, bringing extensive regional expertise and a strong commitment to quality engineering.
